Every project is different, but the goal is always the same: a reef that thrives, a story that resonates, and results you can stand behind.
Dubai's house reefs have faced unprecedented thermal stress in recent years. Partnering with the Jumeirah Group, we designed and implemented a coral restoration program that combines our heat-tolerant coral nursery technology with a bespoke guest engagement experience.
The program creates a living, growing reef asset — positioning Jumeirah at the frontier of ocean stewardship and generating a sustainability story that attracted international media coverage.

At Jumeirah Muscat Bay, nature is not simply part of the backdrop — it shapes the experience. Framed by Oman's untouched coastline, the destination is deeply connected to the sea and the ecosystems that surround it.
Developed in partnership with Ocean Revive, the Coral Nursery Project reflects a long-term commitment to protecting and restoring marine life through regenerative tourism and meaningful environmental stewardship. Guests and colleagues are invited to witness the journey from nursery to reef — transforming awareness into connection, and connection into care.
Each restored coral represents an investment in the future of Bandar Jissah, and a commitment to preserving its natural beauty for generations to come. Because restoring the ocean is not simply an initiative. It is a shared responsibility.
A guest-facing conservation program embedded into the resort experience — from nursery visits to live reef stewardship.
Partnering with Cariva Rum in Anguilla, we created the world's first reef positive™ spirits brand — a rum where every bottle sold directly funds the restoration of native Caribbean coral reefs.
We designed the reef restoration program, defined the reef positive certification framework, and produced the impact reporting that sits at the heart of the brand's sustainability story.

A community-led coral reef restoration initiative delivered through a three-way partnership between Ocean Revive, Anguilla Ocean Keepers, and Special D Diving — with the shared goal of safeguarding and rebuilding the island's threatened reef ecosystems.
The immediate focus is the recovery of the IUCN Red List Critically Endangered Elkhorn Coral (Acropora palmata) — once abundant across Anguilla's shallow reefs, now decimated by disease, hurricanes, and bleaching. In May 2026, the partnership established Anguilla's first dedicated coral nurseries, propagating Elkhorn fragments under controlled conditions to create a sustainable source of healthy corals for future outplanting.
Beyond coral propagation, the initiative is building a long-term framework for community-based reef stewardship — combining scientific best practice with education and outreach, citizen engagement, and practical training. By strengthening local capacity, the project seeks to not only restore coral cover but also to support coastal protection, fisheries, tourism, and cultural values that healthy reefs provide to the population of Anguilla.
Anguilla's first dedicated coral nurseries established — the beginning of a long-term commitment to ensuring future generations inherit thriving marine ecosystems.
